Once your order is received, we usually ship within 24–48 hours. Most in-stock orders can ship out the next day from one of our 5 distribution centers. Custom orders will have additional lead times.


I am not sure of the specifications or application details. Is there someone who can help me make the right selection?

They will select which of our distribution centers can best serve your needs, and be able to process your order immediately. I have a very unusual application and my specifications require a custom-made wire deck or container. Can you help?

Can you help me find the best carrier and freight rate?

Yes, we can help you find the best freight rate and carrier for your exact needs. Our experienced transportation staff can provide several rates and options for you to choose from. Depending on the quantity, final destination and arrival time, we have over 100 shipping companies that can help.


I don’t have an open account with any freight carriers. Can you help me make the arrangements?

Yes, of course! We will contact one of our carriers, arrange for pickup, and deliver to the final destination based on your instructions. If you would like, we can track the shipment and provide updates to you as needed. We can also add the shipping costs to your invoice for your added convenience.


Do you ship outside the U.S.?
