Installation is fast and easy, requiring no tools whatsoever! With a high quality powder coat or galvanized finish, your warehouse becomes a powerhouse in just a few simple steps!

Our secret to choosing the perfect deck for the job is in the details...particularly in which style channel you choose. By identifying the needs of each storage situation, you will be able to make the most beneficial investment for your business. Channel styles are a great way to customize your deck to your exact needs.

FLARED CHANNEL

With the flared end welded to the wire, its ribbed design adds even more strength and stability. The flared channel is versatile and fits on most pallet rack beams.

STEP CHANNEL

The step channel is the most popular channel design, used on pallet rack with step beams. These typically fit a 1-5/8” step beam, however, other step heights are available as well.

INVERTED FLARED CHANNEL

This design keeps debris from collecting in the channel, making it perfect for food storage. It complies with FDA regulations and is suitable for most pallet rack beams.

INVERTED STEP CHANNEL

Also complying with FDA regulations is the inverted step channel. This design prevents food or debris from collecting inside the channels and works best for step beam pallet rack applications.

SOLID DECK

A different option entirely, the solid deck's all-steel construction gives you a sturdy, flat surface when storing smaller things. This deck is great for storing things like small boxes, parts, or items not on a pallet.

BULK RACK

Often used for compact storage in smaller places and hand picking. Bulk rack can be fitted with wire mesh decking, maintaining the safety benefits and other advantages of pallet rack systems.
